My nails honestly looked like crap! I felt soo insecure about the chips, remains of old glue and the numerous lengths of nail on each finger. I can honestly say I was disgusted by my own nails.
However, with a little bit of “Magic” everything changed.
Gorgeous doesn’t ever half explain how amazing my nails feel. I feel all in all much confident knowing my nails look cute as can be.
My nails made me smile and even strut as I walked around the town feeling like a Queen.
This magical experience would have not if happened if it wasn’t for the amazing manicurists Ana.
She made me feel welcomed whilst providing an amazing and positive experience. Her hospitality levels were through the roof! She insured I was comfortable, had amazing communication skills and made my day feel absolutely amazing!!!
She even accepted me as a walk in appointment when she was supposed to be on her lunch! NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fabulous couple of hours having my feet and nail spa done. My consultant was extremely knowledgeable and professional to add to this she is polite and engaging. I’ve told all my friends about this hidden gem in Watford and will be returning soon.
